Rules: After hours, the door for the entrance to the lobby should not be propped open. • If the meeting is outside of normal business hours, please get in touch with the Battalion Chief for questions at 435-671-8307; they will come out to assist you. If you have questions after hours, please contact the Battalion Chief. • The Group Representative is responsible for informing group members, caterers, etc., of canceled/rescheduled meetings. • The Group Representative must inform Wasatch Fire District when there is a new Representative Contact for their Group. • Reservations of the Community Room may be canceled due to the Wasatch Fire District requiring the use of the room. We will email the Group Representative as early as possible when rescheduling is necessary. • Food Items/Catered items must not be left in the room. • A vacuum and cleaning supplies are available to clean the room after use. *
