Once the review process has been completed click on the pay all fees tab. This will open up the secure payments web page. Please click on the second pay button and follow all prompts until the end.
Midway City Impact Fee
Impact fees can be paid with a check or credit card. Credit cards will have a 2.5% processing fee and we do not accept american express. Call in or click here to pay. Please make sure to add the building address in the discription so we can add the payment to the correct account.
Pay an Ambulace Bill
For ambulance bills please call JCI to make sure all fees are paid correctly.
