  • Suicide and Crisis Lifeline at 988. This service is available to anyone in the USA. It offers 24/7 access to crisis counselors who can help with suicidal thoughts, substance abuse, and any other kind of emotional distress.

  • PEHP Mental Health Benefits. Your PEHP plan covers a full range of services for mental health, including medication, counseling, intensive day treatment, and inpatient services. Note that you must have a specific diagnosis to use these benefits.
